Kate Bergh, Co-founder and Managing Director, has lived in South Africa since 1993 and has travelled extensively. She adores discovering new places and experiences for your clients. Her home looks up to the Cedarberg Mountains, where she enjoys hiking when not testing out our preferred hotels and lodges! Kate has travelled to Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe and has explored most parts of South Africa including some of the remote areas such as the Kalahari & Maputaland. Prior to setting up Cedarberg African Travel she read PPE at Oxford University and worked in Management Consultancy and International Marketing before taking an MBA at Insead in France.

Ginny Fenton, Co-founder and Managing Director of the UK office - First seduced by an African sunset 20 years ago, Ginny was easily persuaded by her sister Kate to join her in founding Cedarberg Travel in 1995. She combines frequent research trips with her twin passion, talking about the places she loves! Her exacting standards make her ideally qualified to head the UK office. Ginny has travelled to Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique, Seychelles, Mauritius, Botswana, Zimbabwe and extensively through South Africa. Prior to Cedarberg, she works in marketing and also has an MBA from Kingston School of Business in London.
